Hotel Sahara Star, 5 star deluxe at Mumbai's Domestic Airport invites you to be enthralled by the mythological mermaids that are visiting Ocean - the Pan Asian restaurant, till 4th August 2009.
Two majestic mermaids, Valeriya and Semenova from Russia perform at India's largest aquarium located at the Hotel Sahara Star. These amazing performers who can hold their breath underwater for up to 20 minutes are performing amongst the leopard eel, baby shark and other exotic species of fish.
Relish the memorable experience with the mermaids while you savour a variety of dishes derived from Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and other Pacific Rim cuisines available at Ocean. Alternatively you can choose to enjoy a very special view from the exclusive World's only Private Dining Room housed within the aquarium.

The Multi-cuisine menu is sure to delight every palate, with a large variety of Pan Asian specialties. From an array of Cold & Hot Starters, Soups, Noodles, Rice, Main Courses, desserts etc, the Chef has created an extensive menu incorporating Indian, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and other Pacific rim specialties. The open interactive kitchen provides extensive scope for our guests to indulge in this Mutlicuisine Experience.
World's only Private Dining Room housed within the aquarium an extension of Ocean, is a unique space covered by our exceptional aquarium on three sides. The PDR is ideal for private dinners and soirees as well as special celebrations. Exclusive in every manner, the PDR features customized menus, elegant table settings and special service.

The Brunch at Sahara Star offers casual and elegant dining options, ideal for both business and family dining requirements with sumptuous portions and fresh ingredients. Its an International Food Theatre with Indian, Asian, Lebanese; Seafood and Western Cuisine. Selections include International salads, delectable soups, pizzas, pastas, International grills, Asian-Wok specialties, North Indian cuisines & other regional dishes, Lebanese specialties, sumptuous seafood & decadent desserts. Modern & contemporary alcoholic drinks & thirst quenchers ( fruit infused iced-teas, Margaritas, fruit smoothies& Daiquiris…) Large pours & selection of freshly squeezed / blended juices, select wine and sparkling are a part of the beverage package.
The Brunch is located at the Lobby Level on of SaharaStar, Mumbai and encompasses the following locations of the hotel: Earthplate, Ocean and Mabruk together offering 300 covers, a perfect setting for a grand afternoon.
