Leavening is a procedure done in baking to add air to the dough which results to a more chewable bread. In a manner of speaking, unleavened breads also play an important role for Jews during Passover and for Christians during their commemoration of the Eucharist. Leavening is achieved through chemical leavening, yeast leavening, bacterial leavening or steam leavening.

USDOT Violation, Not having Commodity in Trailer Listed? CSA Violation? Points? Need Help!?
Truck was pulled into the New Mexico Port of Entry and did a Level-3 Inspection of the Tracker-Trailer *(Paperwork) and it was found that the Driver had forgotten to list the Commodity being hauled in his log book (Frozen Foods/Bread) and now he must take a copy of the Document showing the completion of the Level-3 Inspection with the violation listed on it and was told that we must provide a copy of the document to be signed by the Leasing Company (That owns the truck that is being leased) and we are wondering what the repercussions of said violation is. Will CSA points be put on the Leasing Company and/or the driver? What can happen as a result of a simple violation such as forgetting to list Bread as the Commodity in the trailer?

Did i eat too many calories today?(Details inside)?
Ok Heres the Story, I Run Usually everyday atleast 5 miles for cross country but usually 7-12 miles. If its less than 5 its either pre race day or intervals(like 3 1 mile sprints etc) But I have achilles tendonitis and I kept pushing it until it really hurt, so yesterday I only ran 2 miles at like a 6:30 pace. im 14 131 pounds and 5'9. But Lately Ive been SOO HUNGRY ITS RIDICULOUS. And well today After Lots and Lots of convincing, I didnt run. Which is Extremely weird for me. And I ate 2350 Calories! But it wasnt junk food or anything I dont eat any of that. It was whole wheat organic foods (Bread, oatmeal) Lentils for protein a banana, some globe grapes(like 15) and some rasberries. But still I Really Want someone with some knowledge on the subject to give me an opinion. Was this too many calories? and HOW MANY calories should i eat to provide my needs for cross country. Because on those days im eating like 2500-2750. please dont provide me the "Your diet should be composed of, x% of fats x% Carbs" Ive read it too much and I need help for My situation.
